notionto.email (hereinafter 'Company') values your privacy and complies with relevant laws including the Personal Information Protection Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection. This Privacy Policy provides information on how your personal information is collected, used, stored, and destroyed in connection with the use of services provided by the Company.

3. Purpose of Collection and Use
- Service provision and account management: Convert Notion pages to email format and send
- Personalized service: Send emails according to user-configured language and timezone
- Service improvement: Analyze usage statistics and improve features
- Customer support: Respond to inquiries and provide technical support
- Legal obligations: Comply with applicable laws and regulations
4. Retention and Use Period
In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay after the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. However, it will be retained for the periods specified in the following cases:
- Upon membership withdrawal: Immediate destruction
- Legal retention requirements: When retention is necessary according to laws such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, it will be retained for the period prescribed by such laws
5. Destruction Procedure and Method
The Company destroys personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary, such as when the retention period has elapsed or the processing purpose has been achieved.

Information entered by users is transferred to a separate DB after the purpose is achieved and stored for a certain period according to internal policies and relevant laws before being destroyed.

6. Provision to Third Parties
The Company does not provide your personal information to third parties. However, the following cases are exceptions:

- When required by law or by investigative agencies following procedures and methods prescribed by law
7. Consignment of Processing
The Company outsources personal information processing tasks as follows to provide services:
- Notion API: Retrieve Notion page data
- AWS SES: Email delivery service
- Google Cloud Tasks: Background task processing
- Firebase: User authentication and data storage
When concluding consignment contracts, the Company specifies in documents such as contracts matters concerning prohibition of personal information processing other than for consignment purposes, technical and managerial protection measures, restrictions on re-consignment, management and supervision of trustees, and liability for damages in accordance with Article 26 of the Personal Information Protection Act, and supervises whether trustees process personal information safely.
8. Rights and Exercise Methods
You may exercise the following personal information protection rights at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request correction in case of errors
- Request deletion
- Request suspension of processing
Rights can be exercised through the settings page in the service or by email (support@notionto.email), and the Company will take action without delay.
9. Automatic Collection Devices
The Company operates cookies that periodically store and retrieve user information. A cookie is a very small text file sent by the server used to operate a website to the user's browser and stored on the user's computer hard disk.
You have the choice regarding cookie installation. Therefore, you can allow all cookies, confirm whenever cookies are stored, or refuse storage of all cookies by setting options in your web browser. However, if you refuse to store cookies, you may experience difficulties using some services that require login.

11. Changes to Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies from the effective date, and if there are additions, deletions, or corrections of changes according to laws and policies, we will notify you through announcements from 7 days before the effective date of the changes.
